But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akay Muhlis couldn't finish the play. Beyhan Akalın charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beyhan Akalın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Beyhan Akalın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beyhan Akalın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güngör Emek having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ciftlikköy's Orhan Veli Oylum got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güvenç Safvetullah to maneuver through the defense. Yavuz Selim Renan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rıfkı Acem. Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Göksun Bozyiğit charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göksun Bozyiğit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe's zone, Ahmet Gündüz Eriş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rıfkı Acem came out of the goal and Ahmet Gündüz Eriş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Ciftlikköy fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Ciftlikköy's Akay Muhlis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ciftlikköy's Akay Muhlis got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güngör Emek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beyhan Akalın in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe's zone, Akay Muhlis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rıfkı Acem came out of the goal and Akay Muhlis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Baran Alp Yılğıralp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciftlikköy's Güngör Emek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akay Muhlis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rıfkı Acem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciftlikköy. Akay Muhlis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Rıfkı Acem when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Akay Muhlis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmet Gündüz Eriş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güvenç Safvetullah charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güvenç Safvetullah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, Akay Muhlis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciftlikköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a rather tough play, Ciftlikköy's Ali Kaan Mengüalp got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Ciftlikköy booed when Fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güvenç Safvetullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ali Kaan Mengüalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciftlikköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Kaan Mengüalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıfkı Acem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Güngör Emek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baran Alp Yılğıralp in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Ciftlikköy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fenerbahçe.
