When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gürol Atasan made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Beyhan Akalın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahçe's supporters rose to their feet, but Beyhan Akalın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Bülent Atay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Bülent Atay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baran Alp Yılğıralp in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beyhan Akalın in the 62nd minute of play forced Güneysinir JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Bülent Atay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mete Özden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beyhan Akalın in the 68th minute of play forced Güneysinir JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Bülent Atay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürol Atasan in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rıfkı Acem saved Fenerbahçe from getting behind. Fenerbahçe's Rıfkı Acem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Fenerbahçe from getting a goal against them. Gürhan Yula struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Rıfkı Acem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Güneysinir JK. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
