Tansu Betim hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Nuri Oğuztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haydar Ulubay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuri Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haydar Ulubay in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Baltalimani SK got a freekick which was hit by Coşkun Akyel. Baltalimani SK's Nuri Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Ulubay in the 17th minute of play. Tansu Betim hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Abdullatif Tuğtaşı in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ege Benlioğlu in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ata Batüralp, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Baltalimani SK's Tansu Betim got a free kick in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tansu Betim during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tansu Betim kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Vacib Geylani sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Baltalimani SK's Nuri Oğuztan didn't even have to move. Arif Çelebi Kahraman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuri Oğuztan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdullatif Tuğtaşı's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Çelebi Kahraman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Necatibey JK booed when Baltalimani SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coşkun Akyel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ata Batüralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ege Benlioğlu in the 53rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Necatibey JK's Nuri Oğuztan threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abdullatif Tuğtaşı, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute, Haydar Ulubay made a precise shot to the right of Nuri Oğuztan. Baltalimani SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arif Çelebi Kahraman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ata Batüralp having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Tansu Betim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ege Benlioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coşkun Akyel hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Necatibey JK's Vacib Geylani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Baltalimani SK. If Arif Çelebi Kahraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 played minutes Necatibey JK got a freekick which was hit by Şeref Saltukalp. Şeref Saltukalp kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Baltalimani SK's Arif Çelebi Kahraman in 84 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ata Batüralp guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 91 minutes of play, Baltalimani SK's Tansu Betim made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ata Batüralp was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ege Benlioğlu in the 95th minute of play forced Necatibey JK's goalkeeper Ata Batüralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 99 minutes, Arif Çelebi Kahraman put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ata Batüralp. Baltalimani SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
