Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Necati Daman in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nejat Alp Ataseven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Yiğitcan Cihansah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GÖZTEPE UNİTED's Recai Hinoğlu got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Baha Kazan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 47 minutes, Egemen Huzur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hasköy SK and the GÖZTEPE UNİTED players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Hasköy SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egemen Huzur to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Hasköy SK's Seyfettin Nadir got control of the ball when Yavuz Özgurcan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored GÖZTEPE UNİTED's protests and gave Hidayet Bahar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hasköy SK booed when GÖZTEPE UNİTED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşin Öztürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Hasköy SK booed when GÖZTEPE UNİTED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baha Kazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Hasköy SK's Ali Erdem Şaki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see GÖZTEPE UNİTED lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
