Mehmet Şefik Orbay started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, batmanspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Erdem Ümran came free, but Vedat Onguner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İslam Tuğ's late challenge caught a Thunderbolts FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İslam Tuğ helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, batmanspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İslam Tuğ to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of batmanspor booed when Thunderbolts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayberk Koray didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, batmanspor's goalkeeper Vedat Onguner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ayberk Koray. In the 13th minute Ahmet Erdem Ümran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vedat Onguner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ahmet Erdem Ümran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vedat Onguner. The goal made the score 1-0. 23 minutes into the game, Mehmet Şefik Orbay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alperen Servet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, batmanspor's Vedat Onguner got control of the ball when Ahmet Erdem Ümran tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ahmet Erdem Ümran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gencalp Işın fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thunderbolts FC's protests and gave Gencalp Işın a yellow card for diving instead. Gencalp Işın hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thunderbolts FC's Alperen Servet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Şefik Orbay in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Nasuh in the 38th minute of play forced Thunderbolts FC's goalkeeper Alperen Servet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Şefik Orbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Alperen Servet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Raik Maruf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thunderbolts FC and the batmanspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Thunderbolts FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Raik Maruf hit a great ball. In the 42nd match minute, batmanspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rahim Nasuh to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the game, Gencalp Işın cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Vedat Onguner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ahmet Erdem Ümran made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Thunderbolts FC's Ahmet Erdem Ümran made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vedat Onguner was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Thunderbolts FC booed when batmanspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Şefik Orbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Gencalp Işın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thunderbolts FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencalp Işın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vedat Onguner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Erdem Ümran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, batmanspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ayberk Koray came free, but Vedat Onguner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Ahmet Erdem Ümran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vedat Onguner was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Erdem Ümran in the 77th minute of play forced batmanspor's goalkeeper Vedat Onguner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vedat Onguner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gencalp Işın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vedat Onguner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gencalp Işın, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Thunderbolts FC's goalkeeper Alperen Servet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Şefik Orbay. Vedat Onguner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Erdem Ümran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. batmanspor's Mehmet Şefik Orbay got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Gencalp Işın notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of batmanspor's Vedat Onguner. Vedat Onguner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vedat Onguner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gencalp Işın went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Thunderbolts FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
