Sancar Suel's late challenge caught a Çukur Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sancar Suel helped the player get up and apologised. Rahman Danış scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tanju Rahmet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Coşkun Kızıl during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gülnar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Çukur Spor the free kick. A collision led to Gülnar getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hasret Kutlucan hit a great ball. The Çukur Spor players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
