When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Mustafa Oğuz Mukremin put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tanju Rahmet. Seyfi Tura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanju Rahmet having to interfere.

Tanju Rahmet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seyfi Tura in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Gülnar's goalkeeper Tanju Rahmet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Seyfi Tura. After 70 played minutes Gülnar got a freekick which was hit by Şafak Ünek. After having played for 72 minutes, Buğra Cenan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirikkale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Buğra Cenan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Seyfi Tura in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tanju Rahmet, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gülnar's Berkant Ergüder got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Seyfi Tura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tanju Rahmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkant Ergüder in the 92nd minute of play forced Kirikkale's goalkeeper İslam Sağan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sancar Suel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. İslam Sağan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
