Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hüseyin Aktaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güneri Başkaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. When Önder Taylak came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the hopa ml fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Önder Taylak couldn't finish the play. Güneri Başkaya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andaç Safih showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, hopa ml's goalkeeper Güneri Başkaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Aktaş. In the 24th minute, Turan Oğuzhan made a precise shot to the right of Onur Sağıt. Giresun FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 64 minutes, Samim Topçam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Giresun FK and the hopa ml players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, hopa ml was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazım Akil to maneuver through the defense. Güneri Başkaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Aktaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Güneri Başkaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andaç Safih in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Hüseyin Aktaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 77th minute, Erkut Tülek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, hopa ml's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Aktaş came free, but Güneri Başkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, one of Giresun FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for hopa ml. Hamdi Erdemalp stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Onur Sağıt. 2-2. Güneri Başkaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Aktaş in the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Hüseyin Aktaş notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of hopa ml's Güneri Başkaya. Güneri Başkaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andaç Safih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the hopa ml defense, Andaç Safih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Güneri Başkaya. The hopa ml fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Güneri Başkaya should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Giresun FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
