The tension between the Salernitana and the AYDIN SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Salernitana's Hüsamettin Cevher got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 9th minute Ahmet Kutsi Tuğaltan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barışcan Kutlug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Tuğaltan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gürel Serdinç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gencay Özyurt in the 14th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Şefik Özdoa got free with Barışcan Kutlug in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bayhan Şanlı got free with Gürel Serdinç in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gürel Serdinç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bayhan Şanlı in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes of play, AYDIN SK's Bayhan Şanlı made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gürel Serdinç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barışcan Kutlug came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Salernitana's Ahmet Kutsi Tuğaltan. But to his dismay, Ahmet Kutsi Tuğaltan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Bayhan Şanlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gürel Serdinç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AYDIN SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bayhan Şanlı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gürel Serdinç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Salernitana's goal looked a bit too open when Gencay Özyurt came free, but Gürel Serdinç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zülfikar Cihangir kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Bayhan Şanlı struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Gürel Serdinç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AYDIN SK. Gencay Özyurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gürel Serdinç having to interfere. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salernitana's goalkeeper Gürel Serdinç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AYDIN SK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
