Akyazi SK's Alperen Cenap proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Akyazi SK from getting a goal against them. After 19 minutes of play, Crew SK's İsmail Genişyürek made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alperen Cenap was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Akyazi SK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Selahaddin Pirane hit a great ball. After 30 minutes of play Akyazi SK's Ali Cafer Nuratay was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsmail Genişyürek in the 39th minute of play forced Akyazi SK's goalkeeper Alperen Cenap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baycan Naşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ömer Rıza Aktürk was the one to do the kick off. Crew SK's Atıf Yerhum got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute Ömer Rıza Aktürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naim Köksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akyazi SK's Alperen Cenap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsmail Genişyürek in the 60th minute of play. When Çetin Uğursoy fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crew SK's protests and gave Çetin Uğursoy a yellow card for diving instead. Ömer Rıza Aktürk struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. In the 73rd minute, Akyazi SK's Aydın Hacılar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aydın Hacılar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Akyazi SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aydın Hacılar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 74th minute, Aydın Hacılar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abayhan İncili blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alperen Cenap having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Crew SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Akyazi SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
