Spectators: 7238 (Terracing: 5430, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gürol Bahadıroğlu got the match started through his kick off. Ersan Berat had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Yaman Özaltın's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ersan Berat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürol Bahadıroğlu in the 29th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Aktan Kabadayı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the galatasarays and the Altinözü FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes galatasarays got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Kabadayı. After some careless play in the galatasarays defense, İnanç Necip kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ersan Berat. The galatasarays fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ersan Berat should have stopped the shot. Ersan Berat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İnanç Necip in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Necati Bican had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fazıl Utman. Altinözü FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Necati Bican was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Altinözü FK's Gürol Bahadıroğlu got a free kick in the 41st minute. İnanç Necip took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ersan Berat. Ersan Berat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Birol Akbaş to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Birol Akbaş ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fazıl Utman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Birol Akbaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Faruk Öktemer got free with Ersan Berat in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yaman Özaltın was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With his leg Ersan Berat managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Altinözü FK's Gürol Bahadıroğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd minute, Gürol Bahadıroğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ersan Berat. The goal made the score 2-3. Güngör Saim charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güngör Saim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
