In the 10th minute, Bilge Sabi made a precise shot to the right of Cemil Yaltır. Trabzonspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When 42 GENÇLİK's Faruk Nafiz Kainat in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, 42 GENÇLİK's Necat Aygüneş got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cemil Yaltır. Fahrettin Kelim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kamil Çağan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 minutes of play, Trabzonspor's Fahrettin Kelim made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kamil Çağan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Şansal Unat fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 47th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nusrettin Umay made a kick off. Atahan Şahinalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Trabzonspor fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Trabzonspor's Nusrettin Umay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 62 minutes into the match, 42 GENÇLİK's goal looked a bit too open when Nusrettin Umay came free, but Kamil Çağan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Trabzonspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selçuk İlgi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Trabzonspor's zone, Faruk Nafiz Kainat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cemil Yaltır came out of the goal and Faruk Nafiz Kainat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cemil Yaltır came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by 42 GENÇLİK's Faruk Nafiz Kainat. But to his dismay, Faruk Nafiz Kainat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When Işık Ayyıldız fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 42 GENÇLİK's protests and gave Işık Ayyıldız a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes 42 GENÇLİK got a freekick which was hit by Işık Ayyıldız. Çelik Mithat hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Kutay Serhad didn't quite understand what happened when in the 76 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Nusrettin Umay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Kamil Çağan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Şansal Unat came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Trabzonspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şansal Unat couldn't finish the play. If Nusrettin Umay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Nusrettin Umay could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Kamil Çağan however easily saved by the left post. Cemil Yaltır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilge Sabi in the 95th minute of play.
