Kamil Tecmil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alpertunga Vacip went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Kamil Tecmil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpertunga Vacip, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Lokman Torhan kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Alpertunga Vacip came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Akcakent SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alpertunga Vacip couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alpertunga Vacip made a kick off. Bahadır Hoyrat hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes of play, Mersin İdman Yurdu's Olgun Nusrettin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seyfettin İmar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 60 minutes into the match, Mersin İdman Yurdu's goalkeeper Kamil Tecmil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muammer Demirhan. Muammer Demirhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamil Tecmil having to interfere. Ahmet İlke Şam charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet İlke Şam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bahadır Hoyrat did an outstanding performance 88 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-2 to the right of an irritated Seyfettin İmar in the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Altuğ Yakup got free with Kamil Tecmil in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Muammer Demirhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Kamil Tecmil made a huge save. Mersin İdman Yurdu succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Akcakent SK had controlled the match.
