İstifan FC's Batu Cem Ergökmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polat İltemur in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute, Cabbar Sarp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raşit Vafi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ünal Baray in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, ADGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özen Şükür to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, ADGE FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ünal Baray fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Özen Şükür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ADGE FC's Polat İltemur got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of ADGE FC booed when İstifan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erdem İpçi didn't get a good kick on the ball. ADGE FC's Burç Ayçetin got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 played minutes İstifan FC got a freekick which was hit by Alaaddin Bulut. Batu Cem Ergökmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özen Şükür in the 42nd minute of the match. Hızır Oktar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Batu Cem Ergökmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polat İltemur in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of ADGE FC booed when İstifan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cabbar Sarp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Özen Şükür shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batu Cem Ergökmen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Zekai Uğurtan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Ünal Baray notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ADGE FC's Raşit Vafi. Raşit Vafi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 63 minutes into the game, Cenk Tezel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. İstifan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ADGE FC the free kick. Cenk Tezel kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Ünal Baray came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the İstifan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ünal Baray couldn't finish the play. A collision led to ADGE FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Asaf Kutsel hit a great ball. Mustafa Arif Lema hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ünal Baray in the 89th minute of play forced ADGE FC's goalkeeper Raşit Vafi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ADGE FC's Burç Ayçetin got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ünal Baray might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raşit Vafi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ünal Baray ran back to his position shaking his head. İstifan FC's Batu Cem Ergökmen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save İstifan FC from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The İstifan FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while ADGE FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
