Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nejat Alp Nazır started the match with the kick off. 10 minutes into the match, Kizilcahamam's goal looked a bit too open when Kuddusî Cangun came free, but Türker Şirzat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuddusî Cangun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Türker Şirzat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Kizilcahamam's Türker Şirzat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çetin Ağırtaş in the 17th minute of play. Fikret Vefi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özal Vahap having to interfere. Fikret Vefi might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Özal Vahap. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fikret Vefi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Çetin Ağırtaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cumaova's supporters rose to their feet, but Çetin Ağırtaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Türker Şirzat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Çetin Ağırtaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Türker Şirzat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Fikret Vefi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kizilcahamam's supporters rose to their feet, but Fikret Vefi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özal Vahap breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the game, Sezen Uluman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cumaova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kizilcahamam the free kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Çetin Ağırtaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cumaova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çetin Ağırtaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Çetin Ağırtaş in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Türker Şirzat saved Kizilcahamam from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Kizilcahamam's zone, Çetin Ağırtaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Türker Şirzat came out of the goal and Çetin Ağırtaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kuddusî Cangun made a kick off. Kuddusî Cangun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Türker Şirzat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fikret Vefi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fikret Vefi in the 59th minute of play forced Cumaova's goalkeeper Özal Vahap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Türker Şirzat didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. The audience was convinced that Şadi Sadan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özal Vahap was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Nejat Alp Nazır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Fikret Vefi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özal Vahap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuddusî Cangun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nejat Alp Nazır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özal Vahap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikret Vefi in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fikret Vefi in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özal Vahap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Özal Vahap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikret Vefi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Kuddusî Cangun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Türker Şirzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kizilcahamam fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Kizilcahamam's Fikret Vefi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
