After 4 minutes, Ali Kaan Üstek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Develi and the ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Develi's Ali Kaan Üstek got a free kick in the 4th minute. A collision led to Develi getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Güvenç Arslanoğlu hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürbüz İpekdal to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, Develi's Ahmet Haşim Kahveci shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cuma Sami came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Develi reached it. Bilge Kağan Ungur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Karhan Sahadettin made a huge save. ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's Cuma Sami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yunus Gökalp in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aytekin Cansefa in the 28th minute of play forced ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's goalkeeper Cuma Sami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilge Kağan Ungur received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karhan Sahadettin came out and tried to block the shot, but Bilge Kağan Ungur slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. Bilge Kağan Ungur struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Karhan Sahadettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü. Karhan Sahadettin made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Bilge Kağan Ungur sent off a good shot on target. Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karhan Sahadettin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Yunus Gökalp charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yunus Gökalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Yunus Gökalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Şahin Yunus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Karhan Sahadettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hami Coşar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cuma Sami. That made the score 1-1 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute, Bilge Kağan Ungur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karhan Sahadettin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hami Coşar in the 66th minute of play forced ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's goalkeeper Cuma Sami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aytekin Cansefa got free with Cuma Sami in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes of play, ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's Metehan Bucuk made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karhan Sahadettin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hami Coşar's late challenge caught a ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hami Coşar helped the player get up and apologised. Hami Coşar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü's Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Metehan Bucuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Develi defense, Bilge Kağan Ungur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karhan Sahadettin. The Develi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karhan Sahadettin should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karhan Sahadettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Şahin Yunus came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şahin Yunus couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Haşim Değirmencioğlu struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Karhan Sahadettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü. 91 minutes into the match, Metehan Bucuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karhan Sahadettin. Develi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Metehan Bucuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. ÖzBağlar Futbol Kulübü were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Develi for a fine match.
