Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alkın Tunçkan made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 2 minutes, Caner İrgun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menemen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caner İrgun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ziya Alp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkın Tunçkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kazan's Ahmet Nedim Akkoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Engin Uğursal in the 9th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Engin Uğursal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kazan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menemen the free kick. The supporters of Menemen booed when Kazan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güney İnceman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menemen's Engin Uğursal got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Emir Doğanlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sefa Yağmurdereli's late challenge caught a Kazan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sefa Yağmurdereli helped the player get up and apologised. Menemen's Ziya Alp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Menemen from getting a goal against them. Ziya Alp came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Kazan's Alkın Tunçkan. But to his dismay, Alkın Tunçkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Binali Neşet's late challenge caught a Menemen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kazan's Ahmet Nedim Akkoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Engin Uğursal in the 44th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şenel Tanaydin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Alkın Tunçkan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Nedim Akkoç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenel Tanaydin in the 59th minute of play. Alkın Tunçkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emir Doğanlar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. With an all-out effort, Menemen's Ahmet Nedim Akkoç threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Şenel Tanaydin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Emir Doğanlar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Menemen's Engin Uğursal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Nedim Akkoç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Engin Uğursal got free with Ahmet Nedim Akkoç in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Menemen's goal looked a bit too open when Alkın Tunçkan came free, but Ziya Alp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kazan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
