The crowd rose to their feet as Hami Coşar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Serhat Merdan. That made the score 2-0 in the 48 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamuran Uraltay to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Mesudiye's Eser Buyruk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karhan Sahadettin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Develi had won after a very even match.
