Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Coşkun Tunak started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Sürmene Magavla FC defense, Coşkun Tunak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alim Oğuz. The Sürmene Magavla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alim Oğuz should have stopped the shot. Behzat Çetiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alim Oğuz having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Coşkun Tunak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Behzat Çetiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Sürmene Magavla FC's Erberk Battal tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onuralp Tancan in the 24th minute of play forced Galatasaray's goalkeeper İlker Taylak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sürmene Magavla FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Erberk Battal hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Behzat Çetiner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 played minutes Sürmene Magavla FC got a freekick which was hit by Erberk Battal. Sürmene Magavla FC's Alim Oğuz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coşkun Tunak in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Coşkun Tunak in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alim Oğuz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alim Oğuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coşkun Tunak in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Onuralp Tancan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of İlker Taylak, passed just outside the right post. Mustafa Numan Özguc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlker Taylak having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mustafa Cumhur Altuncuoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the game, Azmi Mesut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sürmene Magavla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galatasaray the free kick. Azmi Mesut hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes, Galatasaray's Görkem Öksal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alim Oğuz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray reached it. Mustafa Numan Özguc scored 2-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İlker Taylak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alim Oğuz came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray's Behzat Çetiner. But to his dismay, Behzat Çetiner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Galatasaray's Coşkun Tunak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alim Oğuz. That made the score 2-4 after 73 minutes of play. Coşkun Tunak was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 78 minutes into the match, Sürmene Magavla FC's goalkeeper Alim Oğuz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Behzat Çetiner. Coşkun Tunak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes Sürmene Magavla FC got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Cumhur Altuncuoğlu. In the 89th minute, Onuralp Tancan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İlker Taylak was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Coşkun Tunak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galatasaray played a much better game than Sürmene Magavla FC and deserved their victory. The Sürmene Magavla FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
