Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gürol İltemiz got free with Burç Özkok in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aybek Yuluğ was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Bayrakli's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Burç Özkok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Galip Akdeniz in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Savaş Süphan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaş Süphan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Malazgirt FK got a freekick which was hit by Nizam Tavil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp in the 20th minute of play forced Bayrakli's goalkeeper Savaş Süphan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaş Süphan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Bayrakli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zaid Başdoğan to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Nadir Sezai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Savaş Süphan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gökçen Sayılgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaş Süphan having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aybek Yuluğ was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaş Süphan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savaş Süphan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gökçen Sayılgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Savaş Süphan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bayrakli booed when Malazgirt FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gürol İltemiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bayrakli's zone, Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Savaş Süphan came out of the goal and Mehmet Arif Oğuzalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bayrakli's Tahsin Koryürek got a free kick in the 84th minute. Gürol İltemiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybek Yuluğ in the 95th minute of play forced Malazgirt FK's goalkeeper Burç Özkok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
