Vefa Altıncığlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Gürel Özkutlu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Semdinli's goalkeeper Vefa Altıncığlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berk Temizsoy. Nurtekin Derviş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Öztürk Sungur having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Semdinli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Ziya Denizalp to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Semdinli booed when Karatas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berk Temizsoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gürel Özkutlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Karatas's Öztürk Sungur got control of the ball when Rafettin Ulutaş tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vefa Altıncığlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuri Tatar in the 75th minute of the match. Rafettin Ulutaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafettin Ulutaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Öztürk Sungur made a huge save. Gürel Özkutlu succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. A collision led to Karatas getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Berk Temizsoy hit a great ball. If Nuri Tatar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Karatas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Semdinli had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
