But to his dismay, Nuri Tatar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Gürel Özkutlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Işıkalp Tokyüz, 2-0. Yakup Rakim kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Avni Pertev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karatas's Öztürk Sungur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Karatas's Berk Temizsoy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Karatas's zone, Avni Pertev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Öztürk Sungur came out of the goal and Avni Pertev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avni Pertev scored 3-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Öztürk Sungur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Özgür Hadi made the kick off in the second half. When Altan Atik fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samsun SK's protests and gave Altan Atik a yellow card for diving instead. Avni Pertev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
