A wasted opportunity for Besiktas. In the 33rd minute Birsel Sadun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarper Öz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarper Öz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birsel Sadun in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Levent Toycan got free with Osman Erçevik in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the game, Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sarper Öz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meriç Şemsifer to make the kick off. Meriç Şemsifer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osman Erçevik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Sincik's Metehan Akbel got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Metehan Akbel off the ground. Sincik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Besiktas the free kick. Birsel Sadun succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 88th playminute. In the 94th minute Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarper Öz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Emirhan Balta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Besiktas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sincik.
