After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Talip Balyemez managed to get in a good position for a shot. BEKMEZ FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Talip Balyemez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halim Özyurt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of BEKMEZ FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GALATASARAY:s goal. The referee gave GALATASARAY a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mithat Tor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BEKMEZ FC's Gökberk Özgener. 1-0. After some careless play in the BEKMEZ FC defense, Baki Sebati kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökberk Özgener. The BEKMEZ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökberk Özgener should have stopped the shot. Gökberk Özgener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaşer Kerimhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Gökberk Özgener stood somewhat misplaced when Savaşer Kerimhan came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. When Alp Ağaoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the BEKMEZ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alp Ağaoğlu couldn't finish the play. Tevfik Kural struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Halim Özyurt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BEKMEZ FC. After having played for 28 minutes, Alp Ağaoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BEKMEZ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alp Ağaoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 4-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Savaşer Kerimhan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tevfik Kural fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halim Özyurt having to interfere. Tevfik Kural recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. BEKMEZ FC's Alp Ağaoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Mecnun Özgeer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BEKMEZ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GALATASARAY the free kick. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when BEKMEZ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mecnun Özgeer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, GALATASARAY's Gökberk Özgener threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Savaşer Kerimhan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tevfik Kural's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Halim Özyurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of BEKMEZ FC booed when GALATASARAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erim Tanak didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Savaşer Kerimhan made the kick off in the second half. GALATASARAY's Halim Özyurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Kural in the 54th minute of play. BEKMEZ FC's Tevfik Kural got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alp Ağaoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BEKMEZ FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gürcan Uğurtay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Berkay Temircan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, one of GALATASARAY:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GALATASARAY. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, BEKMEZ FC's Talip Balyemez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Halim Özyurt. GALATASARAY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Alp Ağaoğlu scored to the left of an out of position Halim Özyurt, making the score, 5-2.
