If Gürkan Vala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Resul Kutyan made the kick off in the second half. Resul Kutyan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ertaç Altunhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Güney Öztunç charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güney Öztunç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Güney Öztunç hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GS&EZER&SK's Resul Kutyan got a free kick in the 58th minute. Mihalgazi JK's Feyyaz Kalender got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the GS&EZER&SK defense, Gürkan Vala kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mecnun İlsu. The GS&EZER&SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mecnun İlsu should have stopped the shot. Mecnun İlsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürkan Vala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, GS&EZER&SK's İdris Özgu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Ahmet Boran Ekiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute.
