Gürcan Uğurtay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mümin Cevval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göksun İlbaşı during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Hemsin JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göksun İlbaşı to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savaşer Kerimhan in the 26th minute of play forced Hemsin JK's goalkeeper Mümin Cevval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erim Tanak took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mümin Cevval. Mümin Cevval dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With his leg Halim Özyurt managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Hemsin JK's Rafet Rikap fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. GALATASARAY's Halim Özyurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Cenk Yücesoy in the 41st minute of play. Mümin Cevval didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gürcan Uğurtay went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Hemsin JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GALATASARAY were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Savaşer Kerimhan made the kick off in the second half. Rafet Rikap took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halim Özyurt. Halim Özyurt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a rather tough play, Hemsin JK's Halit Ziya Kutlu got a free kick in the 66th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ekrem Adanır during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, one of Hemsin JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hemsin JK. 73 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Cenk Yücesoy came free, but Halim Özyurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samir Oğuztüzün charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samir Oğuztüzün the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hemsin JK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Samir Oğuztüzün hit a great ball. In the 81st play minute Savaşer Kerimhan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mümin Cevval. 2-5. The Hemsin JK fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Hemsin JK's Rafet Rikap looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Halit Ziya Kutlu kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Halim Özyurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Cenk Yücesoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafet Rikap's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Halim Özyurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of GALATASARAY were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Hemsin JK side.
