Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kasım Erkılınç started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ahmet Ege Yarlık charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Ege Yarlık the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahmet Ege Yarlık kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Kasım Erkılınç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Yalçın Oğuztan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Görele SK booed when Ümitköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağan Aktay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Gökalp Kartal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yakut Özkoc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yalçın Oğuztan having to interfere. When Görele SK's Ahmet Ege Yarlık in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ümitköy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Mustafa Birol Esay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Yakut Özkoc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Görele SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yakut Özkoc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yalçın Oğuztan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Güntekin Batıray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Özgür Seccac came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ümitköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özgür Seccac couldn't finish the play. Yakut Özkoc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yalçın Oğuztan having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Yakut Özkoc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Yakut Özkoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakut Özkoc struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Yalçın Oğuztan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Görele SK. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özgür Seccac to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ümitköy's goal looked a bit too open when Kasım Erkılınç came free, but Yalçın Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Kartal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yakut Özkoc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Kasım Erkılınç left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Görele SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Yalçın Oğuztan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakut Özkoc in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Ümitköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güntekin Batıray to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Gökalp Kartal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mustafa Birol Esay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Mustafa Birol Esay hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Atıf Altunhan fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ümitköy's protests and gave Atıf Altunhan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ümitköy's Atıf Altunhan got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Yakut Özkoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Kasım Erkılınç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yalçın Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Görele SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
