Önder Tenzil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şenel Temizkan in the 25th minute of the match. The Kütahyaspor fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Kütahyaspor's Basri Özdoğan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Önder Tenzil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şenel Temizkan's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Mürsel Tanberk hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şenel Temizkan made a kick off. Alacam's Önder Tenzil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenel Temizkan in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Aşık Yalın notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Kütahyaspor's Mehmet Bilge Yılhan. Mehmet Bilge Yılhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Şenel Temizkan hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Ahmet Bedri Oğuzman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alacam's Önder Tenzil didn't even have to move. When Şenel Temizkan came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Kütahyaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şenel Temizkan couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, Şenel Temizkan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Önder Tenzil. Şenel Temizkan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Basri Özdoğan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Basri Özdoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kütahyaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basri Özdoğan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
