The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peteklispor's Mustafa Barış Beşer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furkan Sarduç in the 6th minute of play. Görkem Peykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rüknettin Şanver in the 9th minute of play. Batuğ Yürük's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Görkem Peykan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Atakent booed when Peteklispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Tahsin Oray didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Ahmet Hayri Engintalay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rüknettin Şanver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, Batuğ Yürük recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Görkem Peykan. Batuğ Yürük showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. İsrafil Taşkan scored 2-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Görkem Peykan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Atakent booed when Peteklispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Ekrem Mengü didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macit Mutlualp kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute of the match, Rüknettin Şanver tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Görkem Peykan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 39 minutes, Ertunç Argun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atakent and the Peteklispor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ertunç Argun hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Ensar Özen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the game, Rüknettin Şanver recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Görkem Peykan. Rüknettin Şanver showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ensar Özen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atakent's goalkeeper Görkem Peykan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mustafa Ekrem Mengü came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Peteklispor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Ekrem Mengü couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Barış Beşer came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Atakent's Ensar Özen. But to his dismay, Ensar Özen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Atakent's Görkem Peykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsrafil Taşkan in the 59th minute of play. Mustafa Barış Beşer made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Furkan Sarduç sent off a good shot on target. Mustafa Barış Beşer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ensar Özen in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Atakent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furkan Sarduç to maneuver through the defense. When Rüknettin Şanver fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peteklispor's protests and gave Rüknettin Şanver a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Demir Oymen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Peteklispor's Mustafa Barış Beşer got control of the ball when Furkan Sarduç tried to sneak it across the goal line. İsrafil Taşkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Görkem Peykan having to interfere. Mehmet Emin Mengüer hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Rüknettin Şanver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Atakent's Ertunç Argun got a free kick in the 86th minute. Peteklispor's Mustafa Ekrem Mengü got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Batuğ Yürük was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peteklispor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atakent the free kick. In the 94th minute, Batuğ Yürük hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Batuğ Yürük shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Görkem Peykan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
