Demirhan Budak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedir Ülgener having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Demirhan Budak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHEMİE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demirhan Budak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CHEMİE's Demirhan Budak got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demirhan Budak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bedir Ülgener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, BOGAZLİYANSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Demirhan Budak came free, but Bedir Ülgener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BOGAZLİYANSPOR's Bedir Ülgener proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save BOGAZLİYANSPOR from getting a goal against them. Esat Talayer's late challenge caught a CHEMİE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esat Talayer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CHEMİE booed when BOGAZLİYANSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esat Talayer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bedir Ülgener stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Demirhan Budak's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Necat Ilıcak got free with Bedir Ülgener in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Demirhan Budak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demirhan Budak to make the kick off. Bedir Ülgener didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Demirhan Budak went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Demirhan Budak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedir Ülgener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Günalp Aktan made a precise shot to the right of Bedir Ülgener. BOGAZLİYANSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Nihat Uluerkan charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nihat Uluerkan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bedir Ülgener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necat Ilıcak, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Demirhan Budak struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Bedir Ülgener didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CHEMİE. Necat Ilıcak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedir Ülgener having to interfere. Bedir Ülgener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necat Ilıcak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Demirhan Budak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedir Ülgener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Demirhan Budak notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of BOGAZLİYANSPOR's Bedir Ülgener. Bedir Ülgener was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Demirhan Budak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CHEMİE fully deserved thier win.
