An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybek Ünlü in the 8th minute of play forced AnKaRaGüCü's goalkeeper Bektaş Ali Bayrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kayhan Akyol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bektaş Ali Bayrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuri Çinucen during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bektaş Ali Bayrak came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Ferhusspor FK's Kayhan Akyol. But to his dismay, Kayhan Akyol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gürbüz Talip to make the kick off. The supporters of AnKaRaGüCü booed when Ferhusspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necmettin Ekinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kutlu Akbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykan Taykut in the 61st minute of play. Gürbüz Talip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kutlu Akbey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Kayhan Akyol might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bektaş Ali Bayrak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kayhan Akyol ran back to his position shaking his head. Nuri Çinucen got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. AnKaRaGüCü's supporters rose to their feet, but Baykan Taykut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kutlu Akbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aybek Ünlü recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hayrettin Burçhan fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferhusspor FK's protests and gave Hayrettin Burçhan a yellow card for diving instead. Baykan Taykut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutlu Akbey having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
