Gencay Barçın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Behzat Ulgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Berkant Kotuzhan having to interfere. In the 12th minute Gencay Barçın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Berkant Kotuzhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Senesevler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencay Barçın to maneuver through the defense. Club Meftun's Ali Berkant Kotuzhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencay Barçın in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Club Meftun's Ali Berkant Kotuzhan got control of the ball when Ali Behzat Ulgu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Ali Behzat Ulgu made a precise shot to the right of Ali Berkant Kotuzhan. Club Meftun's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to Senesevler getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Arif Gaffar Kortan hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes, Club Meftun's Cevahir Songurhan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aral Ulutay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Meftun reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Senesevler's zone, Müfit Oğuztan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aral Ulutay came out of the goal and Müfit Oğuztan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aral Ulutay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Süngü went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Süngü in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aral Ulutay saved Senesevler from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gencay Barçın made the kick off in the second half. Senesevler's Gencay Barçın got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Arif Gaffar Kortan had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Abdülhak Haktanır's late challenge caught a Senesevler's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdülhak Haktanır helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Club Meftun getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Abdülhak Haktanır hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Ali Süngü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aral Ulutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ali Süngü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Berkant Kotuzhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Behzat Ulgu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ali Berkant Kotuzhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Behzat Ulgu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st match minute, Senesevler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Behzat Ulgu to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Süngü kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aral Ulutay. That made the score 1-2 in the 78 minute of play. If Müfit Oğuztan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Behzat Ulgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ali Berkant Kotuzhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Meftun had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
