When Karahan Ökkeş fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gebzespor's protests and gave Karahan Ökkeş a yellow card for diving instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeki Baycan made a kick off. Raprap's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Polat Zeynel 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Gebzespor's zone, Zeki Baycan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niyazi Dilsaz came out of the goal and Zeki Baycan tried to chip the ball over his head. Raprap's Burak Kutam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Raprap from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Gebzespor's Özgün Bozer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Burak Kutam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot by Deniz Özcam from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Burak Kutam's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
