The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Özen Baycan kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Süreyya Kandemir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kılıçhan Ünlem. Kesan FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. İlkan Kaman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samir Refi was the one to do the kick off. Kılıçhan Ünlem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samir Refi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kesan FK's Kılıçhan Ünlem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samir Refi in the 63rd minute of play. Özen Baycan charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yenicaga reached it. 82 minutes into the match, Yenicaga's goal looked a bit too open when Zekeriya Hanbeyi came free, but Sungurbey Tevfik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kesan FK's Zekeriya Hanbeyi got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zekeriya Hanbeyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sungurbey Tevfik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Yenicaga supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yenicaga would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
