The audience was convinced that Ragıp Zeyrek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tunç Ulutekin was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. If Özcan Kantürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Daday FK's protests and gave Turan Arslangiray a yellow card for diving instead. Turan Arslangiray kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Daday FK's Tunç Ulutekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragıp Zeyrek in the 70th minute of play. Tunç Ulutekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özcan Kantürk in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragıp Zeyrek in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tunç Ulutekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
