Spectators: 6907 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kuddusî Koçubey got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Zikri Ongul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sarp Artuç. Manavgat FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zikri Ongul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Çağlar Sertaç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kuddusî Koçubey's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Çağlar Sertaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derya Uzcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Manavgat FK's Ahmet Gökalp Yalınayak got a free kick in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuddusî Koçubey in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Çağlar Sertaç saved GALATASARAY from getting behind. Çağlar Sertaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derya Uzcan in the 13th minute of play. Kuddusî Koçubey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Kuddusî Koçubey came free, but Çağlar Sertaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes, Azim Kutyan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GALATASARAY and the Manavgat FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Azim Kutyan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Kuddusî Koçubey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağlar Sertaç having to interfere. Berk Sabit charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berk Sabit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GALATASARAY getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Berk Sabit hit a great ball. Ahmet Gökalp Yalınayak was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Derya Uzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manavgat FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Derya Uzcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağlar Sertaç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kuddusî Koçubey in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Çağlar Sertaç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yağızhan Tuncer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Çağlar Sertaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuddusî Koçubey in the 37th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baran Nadi was the one to do the kick off. GALATASARAY's Çağlar Sertaç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save GALATASARAY from getting a goal against them. After 55th play minutes Derya Uzcan shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Çağlar Sertaç and just under the crossbar into goal. Kuddusî Koçubey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeynel Seyhan kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Birant Mecit fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GALATASARAY's protests and gave Birant Mecit a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes GALATASARAY got a freekick which was hit by Birant Mecit. During the 67th minute of the match Berk Sabit completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Berk Sabit a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Berk Sabit hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ahmet Gökalp Yalınayak was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in GALATASARAY's zone, Kuddusî Koçubey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çağlar Sertaç came out of the goal and Kuddusî Koçubey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuddusî Koçubey in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Çağlar Sertaç saved GALATASARAY from getting behind. Zeynel Seyhan hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Kuddusî Koçubey struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Çağlar Sertaç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manavgat FK. Derya Uzcan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Çağlar Sertaç when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kuddusî Koçubey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Çağlar Sertaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Derya Uzcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Manavgat FK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
