A collision led to Manavgat FK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Çağatay Guftar hit a great ball. Emran Yergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derya Uzcan in the 24th minute of play. Derya Uzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Sekelspor defense, Derya Uzcan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emran Yergin. The Sekelspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emran Yergin should have stopped the shot. If Kuddusî Koçubey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Sekelspor's Kubat İlighan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sarp Artuç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute of the match Can Tara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emran Yergin skillfully saved the ball. Emran Yergin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuddusî Koçubey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, Sekelspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menderes Salat to maneuver through the defense. Manavgat FK's Ahmet Gökalp Yalınayak couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sekelspor. İskender Baki Nasih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sarp Artuç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ardahan Vatansever's late challenge caught a Sekelspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
