In the 2nd minute, Kamer Korcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aydemir Topdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeynel Soyselçuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Canbolat in the 6th minute of play. After 16 minutes, Atakan Şennur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BÖRÜ FC and the Burgazada players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes BÖRÜ FC got a freekick which was hit by Atakan Şennur. When BÖRÜ FC's Çakır Hafız in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Burgazada's goalie prevented a goal. Atilla Kağan Dalayer charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilla Kağan Dalayer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Burgazada got a freekick which was hit by Atilla Kağan Dalayer. After 40 minutes, Şemsettin Türk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BÖRÜ FC and the Burgazada players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BÖRÜ FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Şemsettin Türk hit a great ball. The supporters of Burgazada booed when BÖRÜ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Tuğcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half BÖRÜ FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Çakır Hafız received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Şakir Turgut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atakan Şennur kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bozkurt Baycan struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Şakir Turgut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BÖRÜ FC. Şakir Turgut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çakır Hafız, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. BÖRÜ FC's Zeynel Soyselçuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Namık Balıkçı in the 73rd minute of play. Çakır Hafız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Seyfi Kutulmuş blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şakir Turgut having to make a save. Yavuz Tuğcu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Şakir Turgut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aydemir Topdemir in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BÖRÜ FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
