In the 3rd minute, Alptuğ Usum left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pehlivanköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Alptuğ Usum's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Arif Vurgun was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Ömer Rıza Akbatu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Arif Vurgun having to interfere. Alptuğ Usum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Ömer Rıza Akbatu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antakya JK's Mehmet Arif Vurgun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cenap Önateş's late challenge caught a Pehlivanköy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cenap Önateş helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Antakya JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cenap Önateş to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alptuğ Usum in the 32nd minute of play forced Antakya JK's goalkeeper Mehmet Arif Vurgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cenap Önateş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Şanver Çelebioğlu made a huge save. After 39 played minutes Pehlivanköy got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Rıza Akbatu. If Alptuğ Usum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alptuğ Usum to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ömer Rıza Akbatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Arif Vurgun made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ömer Rıza Akbatu sent off a good shot on target. Alptuğ Usum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Arif Vurgun having to interfere. Mehmet Arif Vurgun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 73rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Şanver Çelebioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenap Önateş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cenap Önateş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Arif Vurgun made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Ömer Rıza Akbatu sent off a good shot on target. Alptuğ Usum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chants of Pehlivanköy echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Antakya JK had held the ball for most of the match.
