Spectators: 6661 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) Ekber Saygılı started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 3 minutes, Refik Hallaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kücükyali's Sarp Pirane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necmi İkbal in the 7th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Necmi İkbal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sarp Pirane. Kücükyali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Necmi İkbal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute, İskender Baki Şiraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Halil Özata shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sarp Pirane showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kücükyali's zone, Necmi İkbal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarp Pirane came out of the goal and Necmi İkbal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Kücükyali defense, Refik Hallaç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sarp Pirane. The Kücükyali fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sarp Pirane should have stopped the shot. When Refik Hallaç came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the AslanSpor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Refik Hallaç couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Kücükyali's zone, Refik Hallaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarp Pirane came out of the goal and Refik Hallaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Necmi İkbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Necmi İkbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarp Pirane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Refik Hallaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Necmi İkbals short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Sarp Pirane to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th minute, Kazım Kotuzhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Kücükyali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekber Saygılı to maneuver through the defense. Necmi İkbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sarp Pirane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarp Pirane made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Refik Hallaç sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kücükyali getting a freekick after 66 minutes play.
