After a defensive mix-up in Kayalar's zone, Oğuzhan Turhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arın Ferhat Tolgay came out of the goal and Oğuzhan Turhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Oğuzhan Turhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arın Ferhat Tolgay was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 24 played minutes Fenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by İshak Sunay. 26 minutes into the game, Ahmet Ozan Kanver recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arın Ferhat Tolgay. Ahmet Ozan Kanver showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahce's İshak Sunay got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Fenerbahce booed when Kayalar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Yaygır didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Oğuzhan Turhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Türkeş Öztimur to make the kick off. Kayalar's Arın Ferhat Tolgay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raik İribaş in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Fenerbahce booed when Kayalar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Türkeş Öztimur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fenerbahce walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
