When Güneş Akyıldız fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Can FK's protests and gave Güneş Akyıldız a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Güneysu SK booed when Can FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güneş Akyıldız didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emrullah Sarp charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
