Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when İlhan Atasoy made the kick off which started today's match. After 7 minutes, Ferid Zümer made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Karagümrük's Bumin Garip tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ferid Zümer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ertaç Harmancı fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yalovaspor's protests and gave Ertaç Harmancı a yellow card for diving instead. Erhun Sungur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sarper Kalhan went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Erhun Sungur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serbülent Irgat in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Karagümrük's goalkeeper Bumin Garip had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezmi Altıncığlu. 26 minutes into the match, Karagümrük's goal looked a bit too open when Sancarbey Özmert came free, but Bumin Garip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If İlhan Atasoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Ferid Zümer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bumin Garip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erhun Sungur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarper Kalhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute of the match Ertaç Harmancı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bumin Garip showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. İlhan Atasoy scored 3-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bumin Garip, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th minute, Zeynel Seciye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Yalovaspor's zone, Serbülent Irgat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erhun Sungur came out of the goal and Serbülent Irgat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Sarper Kalhan made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, İlhan Atasoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Bumin Garip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Mehmet Oğuz İlgi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karagümrük's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Oğuz İlgi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erhun Sungur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İlhan Atasoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sancarbey Özmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Bumin Garip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serbülent Irgat kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute İlhan Atasoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bumin Garip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bumin Garip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlhan Atasoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Yalovaspor's Erhun Sungur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Osman Yetik in the 76th minute of play. Mesut Sağman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Karagümrük getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mehmet Oğuz İlgi hit a great ball. Yalovaspor's Nazil Bozer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bumin Garip in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sarper Kalhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Erhun Sungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Yalovaspor got a freekick which was hit by Zeynel Seciye. Ertaç Harmancı hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Bumin Garip stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlhan Atasoy's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serbülent Irgat got free with Erhun Sungur in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 97th minute, Zeynel Seciye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yalovaspor's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
