Şinasi Hancı's late challenge caught a FENERBAHÇE SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şinasi Hancı helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Red Dragons F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şinasi Hancı to maneuver through the defense. Karhan Umurbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuri Demiroğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Karhan Umurbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuri Demiroğlu having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Karhan Umurbay notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Red Dragons F.C's Nuri Demiroğlu. Nuri Demiroğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FENERBAHÇE SK! İbrahim Lemi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Hayrettin Onur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Dragons F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hayrettin Onur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aybek Yağmurdereli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şinasi Hancı in the 34th minute. İbrahim Lemi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Cüneyd Cesman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Aybek Yağmurdereli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Lemi Özmut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FENERBAHÇE SK and the Red Dragons F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes FENERBAHÇE SK got a freekick which was hit by Lemi Özmut. Cüneyd Cesman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybek Yağmurdereli having to interfere. Aybek Yağmurdereli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cüneyd Cesman in the 40th minute of the match. Red Dragons F.C's Aşkın Ulutay shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aybek Yağmurdereli but with some difficulty. Hayrettin Onur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Cüneyd Cesman made the kick off in the second half. Aybek Yağmurdereli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cüneyd Cesman went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Cüneyd Cesman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aybek Yağmurdereli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the FENERBAHÇE SK defense, Şinasi Hancı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aybek Yağmurdereli. The FENERBAHÇE SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aybek Yağmurdereli should have stopped the shot. FENERBAHÇE SK's Lemi Özmut managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Resul Eriş in the 68 minute of the game. Hayrettin Onur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybek Yağmurdereli having to interfere. When Cüneyd Cesman came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Red Dragons F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cüneyd Cesman couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Cüneyd Cesman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Şinasi Hancı notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of FENERBAHÇE SK's Aybek Yağmurdereli. Aybek Yağmurdereli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Hayrettin Onur put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aybek Yağmurdereli. After a rather tough play, FENERBAHÇE SK's Yunus Hazar got a free kick in the 88th minute. A collision led to Red Dragons F.C getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Şinasi Hancı hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Red Dragons F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while FENERBAHÇE SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
