Aybek Yağmurdereli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şener Candaner in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bedri Tümen in the 22nd minute of play forced HAKKOMAN's goalkeeper Tolga Zübeyir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cevat Savni managed to get in a good position for a shot. HAKKOMAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevat Savni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aybek Yağmurdereli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in HAKKOMAN's zone, Karhan Umurbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolga Zübeyir came out of the goal and Karhan Umurbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kutalp Çoğahan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind HAKKOMAN's goalkeeper Tolga Zübeyir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Bedri Tümen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tolga Zübeyir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şener Candaner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybek Yağmurdereli having to interfere. Aybek Yağmurdereli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cevat Savni in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şener Candaner came free, but Aybek Yağmurdereli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şener Candaner made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in HAKKOMAN's zone, Karhan Umurbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolga Zübeyir came out of the goal and Karhan Umurbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aybek Yağmurdereli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cevat Savni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ejder Tapgaç hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Karhan Umurbay managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Karhan Umurbay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tolga Zübeyir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Bedri Tümen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 minutes, Kutalp Çoğahan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HAKKOMAN and the FENERBAHÇE SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Şener Candaner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Karhan Umurbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FENERBAHÇE SK's Ahmet Bedri Tümen got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rahman Saltuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ejder Tapgaç came free, but Aybek Yağmurdereli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FENERBAHÇE SK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. İbrahim Lemi hit a great ball. Tolga Zübeyir came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by FENERBAHÇE SK's Karhan Umurbay. But to his dismay, Karhan Umurbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. FENERBAHÇE SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
