Özal İleri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Muharrem Bozbey made a huge save. Süleoglu JK's Muharrem Bozbey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Süleoglu JK from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karasu's goalkeeper Erdi Özen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yıldıray Kamuran hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With his leg Muharrem Bozbey managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Karasu's Hasan Can Arısoy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 28 minutes into the game, Salih Zeval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Muharrem Bozbey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 30 minutes, Doğukan Temel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Süleoglu JK and the Karasu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Doğukan Temel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Süleoglu JK's Muharrem Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Baybora in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Hasan Can Arısoy could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Muharrem Bozbey however easily saved by the left post. Karasu's attentive Atay Bozbora managed to snatch the ball when Genco Yatuk made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çelebi Türünk made a kick off. Muharrem Bozbey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Türkeş Baybora's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Süleoglu JK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karasu:s goal. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Karasu. Anıl Kamuran stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Muharrem Bozbey. 2-0. Türkeş Baybora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muharrem Bozbey having to interfere. Süleoglu JK's Muharrem Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Baybora in the 66th minute of play. Özal İleri kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Süleoglu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Baybora came free, but Muharrem Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muharrem Bozbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özal İleri, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Süleoglu JK defense, Türkeş Baybora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Muharrem Bozbey. The Süleoglu JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Muharrem Bozbey should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Türkeş Baybora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karasu's supporters rose to their feet, but Türkeş Baybora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muharrem Bozbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Süleoglu JK's Muharrem Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Can Arısoy in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Süleoglu JK's zone, Hasan Can Arısoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muharrem Bozbey came out of the goal and Hasan Can Arısoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Süleoglu JK's Muharrem Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Baybora in the 92nd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Karasu had played much better football throughout.
