Spectators: 7125 (Terracing: 5453, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hayrettin Onur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdi Özen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türkeş Baybora in the 29th minute of play forced Red Dragons F.C's goalkeeper Nuri Demiroğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayrettin Onur in the 31st minute of play forced Karasu's goalkeeper Erdi Özen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Salih Zeval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cüneyd Cesman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdi Özen having to interfere. After the first half Red Dragons F.C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Türkeş Baybora made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Red Dragons F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Baybora came free, but Nuri Demiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erdi Özen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyd Cesman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th match minute, Karasu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fahri Erol to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Karasu's zone, Cüneyd Cesman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erdi Özen came out of the goal and Cüneyd Cesman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erdi Özen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hayrettin Onur's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Hasan Can Arısoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuri Demiroğlu having to make a save. Aşkın Ulutay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erdi Özen. Karasu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cüneyd Cesman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdi Özen having to interfere. Hayrettin Onur struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Erdi Özen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Dragons F.C. 73 minutes into the match, Karasu's goal looked a bit too open when Cüneyd Cesman came free, but Erdi Özen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Salih Zeval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hayrettin Onur came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Red Dragons F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayrettin Onur couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Red Dragons F.C booed when Karasu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fahri Erol didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Ziya Onur Akkan in the 93rd minute really tested Erdi Özen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 97th minute, Özal İleri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuri Demiroğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
