An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Bilge Köksan in the 13th minute of play forced Erdem Altun SK's goalkeeper Ferhan Suay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferhan Suay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gazanfer Neşat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Erdem Altun SK's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Bilge Köksan came free, but Ferhan Suay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Gazanfer Neşat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferhan Suay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arif Bilge Köksan was the one to do the kick off. Gazanfer Neşat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferhan Suay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Bilge Köksan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mutlu İncirli's late challenge caught a Sariveliler SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mutlu İncirli helped the player get up and apologised. Ferhan Suay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Bilge Köksan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferhan Suay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Bilge Köksan in the 89th minute of the match. Ferhan Suay made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Gazanfer Neşat sent off a good shot on target. Erdem Altun SK's Ferhan Suay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Erdem Altun SK from getting a goal against them. Erdem Altun SK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sariveliler SK had controlled the match.
