When Müslüm Uluşahin came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hayrat FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Müslüm Uluşahin couldn't finish the play. Müslüm Uluşahin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Münir İzci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. If Resulhan Tanju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cennet's Münir İzci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Müslüm Uluşahin in the 28th minute of play. Münir İzci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müslüm Uluşahin in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Hayrat FK's Ecevit Tozun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Münir İzci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to Hayrat FK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Müslüm Uluşahin hit a great ball. When Hayrat FK's Müslüm Uluşahin in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Münir İzci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Hayrat FK were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 58th minute Ecevit Tozun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Münir İzci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Resulhan Tanju fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hayrat FK's protests and gave Resulhan Tanju a yellow card for diving instead. Cennet's Münir İzci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Cennet from getting a goal against them. Ecevit Tozun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Cennet defense, Resulhan Tanju kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Münir İzci. The Cennet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Münir İzci should have stopped the shot. If Müslüm Uluşahin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Hayrat FK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Şevket Ersezer hit a great ball. In the 75th play minute Resulhan Tanju came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Münir İzci. 0-6. In the 78th of the match, Müslüm Uluşahin tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Münir İzci got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Müslüm Uluşahin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecevit Tozun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mehmet Oğuz İlmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Müslüm Uluşahin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hayrat FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Müslüm Uluşahin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Münir İzci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Cennet fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hayrat FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
