Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Şanver Çağlar kicked off to start the match. With his leg Gencay Öğeturk managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Osmangazi's Yüce Gündoğan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Nadir Abanoz came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Kirikhan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nadir Abanoz couldn't finish the play. Yüce Gündoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencay Öğeturk having to interfere. İlhami Eyüp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Şanver Çağlar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Osmangazi's zone, Şanver Çağlar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necdet İkinci came out of the goal and Şanver Çağlar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şükrü Özselen charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şükrü Özselen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Osmangazi got a freekick which was hit by Şükrü Özselen. In the 26th minute of the match Genco Karacan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necdet İkinci skillfully saved the ball. Nadir Abanoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osmangazi's Yüce Gündoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Caner Heper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yüce Gündoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencay Öğeturk having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlhami Eyüp made a kick off. Nadir Abanoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Necdet İkinci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Burak Hakan charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Nadir Abanoz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Necdet İkinci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Nadir Abanozs short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Necdet İkinci to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yüce Gündoğan in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gencay Öğeturk saved Kirikhan from getting behind. After 68 minutes of play Osmangazi's Şükrü Özselen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Osmangazi's Şükrü Özselen got a free kick in the 69th minute. Nadir Abanoz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Kirikhan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 76 minutes, Yüce Gündoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osmangazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yüce Gündoğan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yüce Gündoğan in the 77th minute of play forced Kirikhan's goalkeeper Gencay Öğeturk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nadir Abanoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osmangazi's Yüce Gündoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yüce Gündoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gencay Öğeturk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirikhan's Şanver Çağlar got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Kirikhan's goal looked a bit too open when Yüce Gündoğan came free, but Gencay Öğeturk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gencay Öğeturk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arif Burak Hakan went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Osmangazi had won after a very even match.
